Terms & Conditions

  1. Morrell Motors Fleet Services is available to business owners or companies with 3 or more vehicles.
  2. 20th accounts are subject to application and credit approval. The first invoice for new customers must be paid on handover. Subsequent invoices may be charged to the approved account, payable on the 20th of the following month.
  3. Late-model service loan vehicles are guaranteed when bookings are made 48 hours in advance.

Morrell Motors loan vehicle terms and conditions apply. Drivers must hold a valid NZ driver licence.

  1. To qualify, customers must complete the Fleet Services sign-up form, including vehicle details

(registration, odometer, and parts preference).

  1. Pricing & Rate Changes – Morrell Motors Fleet Services pricing, discounts, and labour rates are correct at the time of sign-up and may be reviewed or amended with reasonable notice. Existing bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
  2. Scope of Fleet Discounts – Fleet discounts apply only to servicing and repair work carried out by

Morrell Motors and do not apply to:

  • Warrant of Fitness fees
  • Tyres, wheel alignments, or sublet services (unless stated)
  • Insurance repairs
  • Consumables not related to servicing (e.g. fuel, accessories)

  1. Diagnostic time may be chargeable if a fault requires extended testing or specialist equipment. Any diagnostic charges will be discussed and approved prior to work commencing.
  2. Missed or Cancelled Appointments – We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee, particularly where a loan vehicle has been allocated.
  3. Loan Vehicle Use & Responsibility – Fleet customers are responsible for:
  • Fuel used during the loan period
  • Any infringements, tolls, fines, or penalties incurred
  • Any damage or excess not covered by Morrell Motors’ insurance

Loan vehicles must be returned clean, on time, and in the same condition as supplied (fair wear and tear excepted).

  1. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Faults – Morrell Motors is not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic faults
  • Wear-and-tear items including brakes, tyres, clutches, suspension components, or batteries unless specifically replaced
  • Fleet servicing does not guarantee prevention of future breakdowns.
  1. Parts Availability & Delays – While every effort is made to minimise downtime, Morrell Motors is not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Parts availability or supplier delays
  • Manufacturer backorders
  • Courier or logistics delays

Customers will be notified promptly if delays occur.

  1. Aftermarket vs Genuine Parts – Unless otherwise specified on the Fleet Services sign-up form:
  • Morrell Motors may use quality aftermarket parts suitable for the vehicle
  • Genuine parts can be requested and may incur additional cost
  1. Warranty on Parts & Labour – Parts and labour are covered by the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the terms of those providers and do not cover misuse, neglect, or failure to follow service recommendations.
  2. Payment Terms & Overdue Accounts – Accounts must be paid by the due date. Overdue accounts may:
  • Incur administration or interest charges
  • Result in suspension or removal from the Fleet Services programme

Morrell Motors reserves the right to withdraw Fleet privileges for non-payment.

  1. Fleet Eligibility & Ongoing Qualification – Fleet Services eligibility requires:
  • Authorised parts & service agents for: Find us on: Facebook.com/MorrellMotorsLtd
  • A minimum of 3 vehicles registered under the business
  • Vehicles remaining active within the Fleet programme
  • Morrell Motors may review eligibility periodically.
  1. Termination of Fleet Services
  • Either party may terminate participation in the Fleet Services programme with written notice. 
  • Any outstanding invoices must be settled prior to termination taking effect.
  1. Promotions & Incentives

Promotional offers (including the $500 Prezzy Card draw):

  • Are limited to new Fleet Services sign-ups
  • Are non-transferable
  • May be withdrawn or amended without notice

The winner will be contacted directly.

  1. Privacy & Communication – By signing up, customers consent to receive:
  • Service reminders
  • Booking confirmations
  • Account and service-related communications via SMS or email

Customer information will not be shared with third parties outside of service requirements.

  1. Force Majeure – Morrell Motors shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier disruptions, or labour shortages.
